Data Deletion Instructions

Your data, your control. This page explains how to delete your Post Master account, disconnect individual social media channels, and request deletion of any data we hold about you. All deletion options are available to you at any time — no questions asked. This page also serves as the official Data Deletion Instructions URL provided to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platform reviewers.

Option 1 — Disconnect a Single Social Media Channel (In-App)

Use this option when you want to remove Post Master's access to a specific connected social account (Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube channel, TikTok, etc.) without deleting your entire Post Master account.

Instant Disconnect from the Dashboard
  1. Log in to Post Master
Go to https://postmaster.ecomex.cloud and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Settings
Click your profile avatar or username in the top-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Navigate to "Integrations" or "Connected Accounts"
In the Settings sidebar, select the Integrations (or Channels / Social Accounts) section. You will see a list of all currently connected social accounts.
  4. Click "Disconnect" or "Remove" next to the account
Find the account you wish to remove and click the Disconnect or Remove button next to it. Confirm when prompted.
What happens immediately: Post Master's stored OAuth access token and refresh token for that social account are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database. Post Master will no longer be able to access or publish to that account. Any scheduled posts targeting that account will be cancelled.
If you connected via Facebook Login or Google OAuth, you can also independently revoke Post Master's access from your social platform settings (Facebook App Settings, Google Account Permissions, etc.) as an additional step. Revocation at the platform level takes effect immediately, but our token deletion above is independent.

Option 2 — Delete Your Entire Post Master Account (In-App)

Use this option to permanently delete your Post Master account and all data associated with it, including all connected channel tokens, scheduled content, account details, and settings.

Permanent Delete Account from Dashboard Settings
  1. Log in to Post Master
Go to https://postmaster.ecomex.cloud and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Account Settings
Click your profile avatar or username in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Navigate to "Account" or "Profile"
In the Settings sidebar, select the Account or Profile section.
  4. Scroll to "Delete Account" and click it
Locate the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page. Click the Delete Account button.
  5. Confirm deletion
You will be asked to confirm by typing your email address or a confirmation phrase. Complete the confirmation. This action is irreversible.
What is deleted (within 30 days of confirmation):
  • Your name and email address
  • Your hashed password
  • All OAuth tokens for every connected social account
  • All scheduled posts, drafts, and uploaded media
  • Published post records and scheduling history
  • Account preferences and settings
What is not immediately deleted: Billing records and invoices are retained for up to 7 years as required by financial and tax law. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., total posts scheduled by all users in a month) that do not identify you personally may be retained indefinitely. Server log entries containing your IP address are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis.

Option 3 — Submit a Deletion Request by Email

If you are unable to log in to your account, if you have already closed your account and want to confirm data deletion, or if you prefer to submit a written request, you may email us directly.

Platform-Specific Notes for Facebook and Instagram Users

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Post Master and you want to ensure deletion of all data, you have two independent options:

  1. Use Option 1 or Option 2 above (disconnect the channel or delete your Post Master account). This immediately deletes the tokens and identifiers we store.
  2. Revoke Post Master's access from Facebook directly:
    • Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
    • Find "Post Master" (or the app name shown in your login flow) and click Remove.
    • This revokes our access at the Facebook level and invalidates the stored token independently of the steps above.

This page is the Data Deletion Instructions URL provided to Meta as part of our Facebook Login / Instagram Graph API integration. Completing any of the steps on this page satisfies your right to data deletion from Post Master's systems.

Important: Deleting data from Post Master does not delete any posts that have already been successfully published to Facebook or Instagram. To remove published posts, you must do so directly on those platforms.

Platform-Specific Notes for Google/YouTube Users

If you connected a YouTube channel and wish to independently revoke Post Master's access from Google:

  1. Go to Google Account → Third-party apps with account access.
  2. Find "Post Master" in the list and click Remove Access.

This revokes our Google OAuth token at the Google level. You should also disconnect the channel within Post Master (Option 1 above) to ensure our stored token records are deleted from our database.

Platform-Specific Notes for TikTok Users

To revoke Post Master's access from TikTok independently:

  1. Open the TikTok app, go to Profile → Settings → Security → Apps with access to your account (or the equivalent path in the current version of the app).
  2. Find "Post Master" and revoke its access.

To ensure complete deletion of data on our side, also use Option 1 (disconnect in the Post Master dashboard) or Option 3 (email request).
